'Contra Pro' is an enhanced version of our 'Contra' and our most popular design for Ballroom and it is so because of its blend of flexibility, comfort and style. It features a unique sole design where the sole material wraps around the inside edge of the big toe which ensures smoother movement when using the inside of the foot, as well as protects the upper material. It's lightweight and features specially developed arch padding which helps with foot alignment and comfort. There is also padding under the heel to cushion each step and gel padding runs all the way through the insole. Many Professional and Amateur Ballroom World finalists choose this shoe!

Bespoke means your shoes are made especially for you. All of our dance shoes are handcrafted in our UK factory, which means we can offer customisations that other brands can’t—like different widths, heel heights, or even unique colour combinations. Whether it’s a small adjustment or a complete custom look, we’re proud to offer that flexibility to help you find your perfect fit.
Not all bespoke options include a surcharge, but all bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Production usually takes 3–5 weeks. If you’d like to explore a custom option, just get in touch with us at sales@ids-danceshoes.co.uk or call +44(0)1908 319937
