Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order—ladies shoes are about 0.6kg and men’s about 0.9kg.If your order is over 2kg or 4kg and shows £0 shipping at checkout, don’t worry—we’ll contact you with the best shipping rate before we process your order.

Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges on most standard items, provided they are unworn and returned within our 14 day return period. However, bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their customised nature.
