It’s nearly time for our annual Winter Factory Break! While our hardworking production team takes a well-deserved rest over the festive season, we want to ensure you're fully informed about what this means for your orders.

Factory closes: Tuesday, 17:00, 23rd December
Factory reopens: Monday, 08:30, 5th January

Orders placed before Friday, 5th December are (with the exception of some of our special collections/bespoke orders) likely to be made made and shipped before our factory closes. Orders placed closer to the break could still be shipped, but most may not be completed until after we reopen—when our refreshed and re-energised production team is back in action!
