Ordering from the EU or elsewhere outside the UK?

If your order is being delivered outside the UK, the price you pay us does not include UK VAT. You pay us for your shoes and delivery. Any taxes due in your country are paid separately when the parcel arrives.

What happens after you order?

We usually send orders with DHL or a similar courier. If import VAT or another local tax is due, the courier will contact you to arrange payment. Customs duty and a courier handling fee may also apply. The amount depends on your country, your order and local rules.

This means the price you pay us may look lower than a price that already includes sales tax. You are paying that tax later, in your own country, rather than paying UK VAT to us. Your final total may vary if duty or handling fees apply, but generally it will be similar, excluding the shipping.

Please check your contact details at checkout. Use an email address and phone number you use regularly so the courier can reach you about any payment needed to deliver your parcel.
