Bespoke means your shoes are made especially for you. All of our dance shoes are handcrafted in our UK factory, which means we can offer customisations that other brands can’t—like different widths, heel heights, or even unique colour combinations. Whether it’s a small adjustment or a complete custom look, we’re proud to offer that flexibility to help you find your perfect fit.
Not all bespoke options include a surcharge, but all bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Production usually takes 3–5 weeks. If you’d like to explore a custom option, just get in touch with us at sales@ids-danceshoes.co.uk or call +44(0)1908 319937

Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges on most standard items, provided they are unworn and returned within our 30 day return period. However, bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their customised nature.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is found to have a manufacturing fault. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
