Our Hannah Boot is hand-made in the UK at our factory. The collection was designed in collaboration with Hannah Cleeve of LOU LDN between time in London, and in our factory where we've been producing professional dance shoes since 1981.

Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges on The Hannah Boot, provided they are returned unworn and with all original packaging, within our 30 day return period. However, bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their customised nature (including orders with personalisation, and when chosen with rubber soles).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is found to have a manufacturing fault. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.

We're using a Black Suede upper here which is soft, and allows for flexibility and will give a sock like feel. There is cushioning throughout the insoles for exceptional comfort and breathable, sports lining to make it feel like a high heeled athletic shoe.
