We're pleased to announce extensions to our available size range on several of our most popular shoes!
The change means some ladies styles will now run from a UK size 1-9 (rather than the standard 2-8). Some men's styles will run up to a size 13 (having previously stopped at 12) and we'd already begun offering two of our most popular shoes for girls from a small size 9 having originally offered them from a small 10.
We've done this because there is demand! We often get asked for these added sizes and thought it would be best to make them available on our most popular shoes, on the heels most commonly requested (more info lower down re: ordering on other heels).
Across most brands, these sizes are mostly considered bespoke with long lead times and additional charges, however for the styles we designate as available with the extended sizes in the table below, they are in stock for rapid delivery and there is no additional charge.

The above styles can be ordered in other standard fittings (Wide, Extra Wide and Narrow) online too.
Ordering other styles & heels
Now we appreciate that you might want an Elena in a size 1, a Neeve in an 8.5, an ICS Vista in a size 9 or an F33 in a size 12.5. This is still possible, however, because it is not so sustainable from a returns perspective to offer ultimate availability across every style, ordering styles outside what is listed above will be considered bespoke (non-returnable), but a bit like how we manage our offer for vegan soles, there will be no surcharge.
If you would like different heels, then this would be the same as the above: bespoke (non-returnable) but without surcharge. Please note that the new sizes for ladies (1, 1.5, 8.5 and 9 are not available on any 3.5" heel).
What we recommend, for ensuring the right fit, order a stock shoe first and if you're happy with it, it's returnable and then you can go ahead and order the bespoke shoe.
