Our website has shipped to over 70 countries and we partner with several of the world's leading shipping companies to help us get us get our shoes to you wherever you are in the world in good time and with great value.

Shipping - UK

We work with DPD/Parcelforce to provide a next day service for orders within the UK. For orders over £140, this is free! For smaller orders, one pair of shoes is £7.75 and orders of several pairs with a value of lower than £140 will be sent for £12. It's always worth adding that extra Shoe Brush, Heel Protectors or a Shoe Bag to get that value over £140 to save on the postage.

Please note that for less accessible areas of the UK, such as the Scottish Highlands, there may be additional postage charges due but we'll let you know if this is ever the case. If you would like to use a 'Royal Mail Signed For' service, then please let us know by leaving a note requesting this in the 'Order Comments' box when you're confirming your order.

If you're in the UK you can also collect your shoes for free using the Click & Collect option which has two locations: our Factory Shop here in Milton Keynes or the Chrisanne Clover showroom in Mitcham, London. In advance of major events such as the Blackpool Dance Festival, UK Open and German Open Championships we may also enable a free Click & Collect service for collection of shoes at these events too.

Shipping - Overseas

We ship worldwide and for most countries we offer both a 'Standard' service and a 'Faster Shipping' service. Standard services tend to be offered via a localised service (often DHL), whilst our Faster Shipping is always via DHL. We have set prices for up to 2 or 4kg parcels with most faster shipping options (ladies shoes weigh around 0.6kg and mens shoes weigh around 0.9kg), and orders that go over that 2 or 4kg may be charged £0 for shipping during the checkout process. When £0 is charged, we'll get in touch with you with the best shipping rate after we get some quotes. Once we take the shipping payment, we'll process the order.

To view our shipping prices, add the shoes you would like to your basket and then process to the checkout and there will be an option to estimate the shipping. Please note that 'Transit Times' are all estimates and don't include the time it takes to manufacture shoes if goods ordered are not 'In-Stock' products.

Returning Shoes

If you would like to return goods, please address them to:

Please fill in the Returns Form that is supplied with your order when returning shoes. If you don't have one of these forms then it might be because your shoes were Bespoke (had red or blue soles, glitter soles or had been printed with an ids:iD. If your shoes were not Bespoke, please click here to download a form, or email us at sales@ids-danceshoes.co.uk so that we can email you one. Note that we don't put the forms with shoes that are considered Bespoke, as these are non-returnable and non-refundable. Terms & Conditions apply; please contact us via email at sales@ids-danceshoes.co.uk for more information.
 
It is very important that when returning shoes from outside of the UK, you state that the return is a 'Return to Manufacturer'. Failure to do so may mean that shoes won't be delivered to us and they may be sent back to you. Please also AVOID using FEDEX for returns because they impose various charges upon returns and they won't be accepted when arriving at our premises.

Please note that we only refund postage on exchanged/returned items when there is a fault in manufacture and customers will need to pay for return postage in all other cases, such as if you decide that you'd need a different size or would like a different heel. We advise that you return products using a signed for service as per our Terms and Conditions.
