You're welcome to come and visit our factory shop for a fitting and to try and buy shoes. We're located in Milton Keynes and our full address can be found further down this page.
We're open Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and on one Saturday every month. This is normally the first Saturday of each month but can vary some months so keep an eye on this page for the latest information on our open days, and click here to view what exhibitions we'll be attending up and down the country and overseas. About our Factory shop:
Our factory shop is open by appointment only. This was something we started doing during the Covid-19 pandemic, but we've kept the appointment idea going because our shop is quite small and it helps our team to manage their day, as well as ensure that when you do visit us, you get exclusive access plus our full, undivided attention!
You can book time-slots of 30 minutes and we recommend booking one slot per person. If there are two or three people needing shoes, or you might be bringing along kids, then please book two or three 30 minute slots back to back to give an hour at least as it is difficult to service more than two people in one 30 minute appointment. That way our team can manage their day accordingly to ensure things aren't rushed because we have quite a small team!

Factory shop open Saturdays
Saturdays are also by appointment only and these bookings require a refundable £10 deposit. This is refunded against any purchases on the day, or if you simply can't find something for you. It won't be refunded in the case of no-shows, or when cancellations are made after the prior Thursday. Click here to book your time-slot

Milton Keynes Central is on the line out of London Euston to various routes northbound and is approximately 35 minutes from London Euston on a faster train. Slower services also run, and slower services also stop at Wolverton, which is around a 10-15 minute walk away from our factory.
